Description
Disassembly Tech - 1st/2nd shift

Duties:
*Operate common Air and Hand tools
*Assist in routine upkeep of shop and equipment
*Removing and remanufacturing industrial brake pads
*Ensure Customer requirements are met
*Performs limited setup and machine adjustment
*Pre-inspects parts
*Performs paperwork requirements and write legibly
*Interprets blueprints
*Sets-up, adjusts, and performs operations to finish requirements on standardized parts
*Conducts final part inspections
*Develops and writes work instructions
Qualification:
*Mechanical experience required
*Lifting up to 50-75 lbs
*Prefer 2 years of experience
*Able to follow written and verbal instructions
*Ability to troubleshoot and repair tooling and machining problems with limited assistance
Physical Requirements:
*Stand for extended periods of time
*Operate all necessary tools to perform job
*Stoop and bend to inspect and disassemble parts
*Move and position parts on a hoist
Other:
**Specific shifts will be determined during the candidate selection process***
*$12.00-$16.00/hr DOE
