Description
Hotcard Representative- Temporary Indefinite
****Every weekend commitment required****
Duties:
*Handling inbound calls from cardholders of agent banks reporting lost/stolen cards
*Placing stop on cards
*Repetitive calls
*Will cross-train on Service Advisor one calls, Utility payments, Inbound Referrals, etc
**All selected candidate will need to pass a lifetime background check
Other:
*FullTime – 40 hrs/week
*$10.58/hr
*Temporary Indefinite position
*11:30am-8:00pm and 1:30pm-10:00pm
